I was going through a rough patch in my life. This workshop helped create space in my heart and mind and it's effect sustained for a long time to help me move in the right direction.

I enjoyed my stay in Cosmic Rhythm Meditation Center in Amoni. It was peaceful place surrounded with quite good scenic mountains, Trees and beautiful forest. The whole place echoed the existence of my being. It helped me to transcend and meditate to what I was and what I can be. The facilities provided in this place was excellent and remarkable. Workshop processes helped me to release my frustations, confusions, fears and tiredness. After the workshop I gained clarity, energy to work and able to keep my self in peace even in adverse situations. Akhilesh Sir, was our guide during my stay. He carried the workshop in a very beautiful manner. I enjoyed the workshop with him.
