Hello. My first workshop was deep memory healing and past life workshop. I went there after my dad’s death. There, with the help of Sir’s unique processes I could release deep seated sadness due to the loss in family. Also by grace experienced different emotions which I never realized I had , those which unconsciously dealing with society, peer, school memories had been embedded in my subconscious mind. I could release them and experienced freedom, confidence, peace and more connected to myself . After that I have participated in various workshop. Each of them different and had very powerful, uplifting experience. With Sir’s guidance and unique, simple but very deep process I have and still am able to release stress, deep memories of hurt which in result has made me tap to my core emotion ( some fear, anger,guilt..) and release it resulting in breaking the pattern of my limitation and expanding my happiness, bliss and focus on myself, my work and each step being guided by divine energy. As this is a journey and I’m in a process to live it fully I’ve always been guided by sir spiritually, to break from my limiting factors and how to gracefully accept the present and by his guidance and his workshop to develop myself to live a happier, healthier life . Only by his guidance I’ve been able to experience energy, the guiding force around us. Experience with joy the life , nature that nurture us. In the residential workshops we are guided and prepared slowly working to connect to ourself deeply . And then with the beautiful process we release them, experience the energy, experience love, freedom . I’ve always come back with my life bounced back with joy, energy, happy to pursue my dream . In workshop we experience the unfinished . Life starts again with me on next stage of development. Cosmic Rhythm Retreat is a divine place. A place where nothing but unconditional love , freedom and life exists. Amidst mountains, serene surroundings one experiences the joy of being alive. Beautiful rooms with all the amenities are available to experience comfort . Beautiful landscape where one can go for walk, bird watching, and gardens loaded with fruits and vegetables. A resort where one can just be.

Since I had many beautiful experiences.... But the one which I experienced recently would like to share with you all ... As a mother I was very much disturbed for relationship with my son as it was not so good and as he is teen ager he was also facing many problems internally.... He became aggressive and was not listening to me properly....but when my son did past life workshop... His aggressiveness transformed into calmness and relationships with me is now very strong and healthy... He is happy with me and I am happy with him .. My son have also done awakening workshop at the age of 15 years and as a result now he is talking and sharing too much especially with me and all he talks TRUTH... Really a special thanks to Akhilesh Sir because of him I saw a big change in my son. If you have trust and willingness then everything is possible.

In these extraordinary times, with COVID-19 lockdowns and self-isolations around the world, I have been thinking about the time I had at Cosmic Rhythm over Christmas last year. Right now that experience fuels my life and its ‘light’ keeps me going. This place should be on everyone’s bucket-list. Definitely recommended! I have an interest in mindfulness and personal growth, which has taken me to several places in India, SE Asia, Europe and the UK, that specialise in programmes around personal transformation and support self betterment, so to speak. In my experience, although Cosmic Rhythm has kept itself low-key, it is one of the best managed places in this genre. Particularly for busy professionals like me, who have stressful work schedules, family commitments to juggle, carefully managed budgets and holidays. With limited time and resources at hand, Cosmic Rhythm’s transformation programme provided me a good bang for the buck. I searched their contact details on their websiteand gave them a quick call. They were extremely helpful in getting me booked on to one of their retreats and assist me in planning my travel to the venue. The resort is located in a peaceful setting, with reasonably good transport links- road, rail and air. Ideal for de-stressing and switching the attention to yourself every once in a while. To paraphrase the definition from the Michelin guide- “an exceptional place that is worth a special journey.”
