It was a great experience indeed. I could resolve lots of my emotional issues such as fear, feeling of love never expressed before and anger and felt very relieved. I could see glimpses of one of my past life and understand the message relevant to the present life. overall few steps towards clearer understanding of life. The location is mystic and overly inviting. Wish to visit again and again. Visited again from 9th Nov to 13th Nov. 2019 for Awakening intensive. It was like continuation of the previous journey from where I left last...... more clarity, more understanding, more freedom and more bliss. Actually like building on one's take away from the last workshop attended. Every time a new, more powerful chapter opens up from the hidden treasure of one's deep within existence.....never realised before. 24.05.2022 Attended two back to back workshops, Past life in April' 22 and Awakening in May' 22. Both were very high intensity workshops full of unique experiences and new revelations for me. While Past life brought new insights from the past, making understanding of life more clear, Awakening made me more stable and at peace from within. I feel more and more clear in understanding the bigger purpose of my life. Attending two workshops in quick succession may have helped in conserving the inner energies from the first one to launch to a higher platform in the second one. Akhilesh Sir, like always, was the Magician who worked his magic and helped in my transformation from a worried aging person to a happily growing senior. Thanks a lot. Looking forward to more experiences in near future in the wonderful surroundings and serenity of the center.

Found an answer to age-old question"Who AM I". Discovered Permanent, Unchangeable Truth with guidance of Akhilesh Sir. Profound Peace, Silence, Gratitude, Love, Infinite Energy and much more.. words cannot express the experience. It Just IS'. Sum up my experience in below poem: Life is but Experiences Perceived through Mind, it's occurrances The poor guy has gone through sin, agony and pain Not once but again and again The memories ingrained of sorrow and rain It refuses to trust the existence of Sunshine again So much that it feels victimised To change the pattern, it needs to be customised To erase the habit-pattern of pain The Mind has to learn to make memories again Now the focus has to be sky not clouds It needs to change to Stillness from doubts Because what you See is what you Get You cannot remain dry by perceiving Wet THAT (Almighty) can be experienced through Body and Mind But not until you start to perceive Devine Mind has to evolve from Contraction (sadness, fear, anger..) to Expanse (Devinity, Grace, Blessings, Gratitude, Joy, Love, Peace) To experience THAT, experience Enhance In the end, it's all Mind Game Then why not involve where you Win, not shame In your Heart (expanse) when your Attention ( Mind) sits That is when Stillness Speaks! That is when Stillness Speaks! In complete Awe and Gratitude towards everything known, unknown, seen, unseen. And most of all towards Akhilesh Sir. Thank you all, Thank you!!

2016 was my last retreat and even though I wanted to participate in the many retreats conducted thereafter by my teacher Akhleshji it did not happen for one reason or another. They say the Universe knows when the time is right and then it all falls in place perfectly like the pieces in a puzzle, pretty much what happened this time. 15th September 2022 the beginning of a new journey with self. The past few years have been challenging in my relationships leaving me confused and upset. Anger turned to rage and the feeling just would not pass. Acceptance was for me the first step to grace. To recognise that my perception of these events were insufficient opened new paths of clarity and helped create empathy towards the people concerned. The catharsis and the freedom thereafter are an experience that changed me forever. Setting boundaries has been difficult and I have struggled with this for my entire life. Recognising this and stepping up to look at all the blocks in the energy that I had created as protection helped me clear the way and begin afresh with love. The teacher patiently worked through the layers uncovering and releasing these unnecessary patterns. Providing each learner with a space of safety to express their truth, asking a million questions, guiding each one through a path of love and understanding is stupendous effort. My heartfelt gratitude to the teacher for creating an intensive that set the stage for transformation and positive outcome. The space and all arrangements are ultimate in comfort making it easier to focus on the process of purification of the spirit. I returned home grateful abundant & blessed all at once. Love Intensive; Life Changing, transforms not only the way we proceed with life but purifies our approach to all past experiences. Would always be overjoyed to participate learn & enjoy.

In these extraordinary times, with COVID-19 lockdowns and self-isolations around the world, I have been thinking about the time I had at Cosmic Rhythm over Christmas last year. Right now that experience fuels my life and its ‘light’ keeps me going. This place should be on everyone’s bucket-list. Definitely recommended! I have an interest in mindfulness and personal growth, which has taken me to several places in India, SE Asia, Europe and the UK, that specialise in programmes around personal transformation and support self betterment, so to speak. In my experience, although Cosmic Rhythm has kept itself low-key, it is one of the best managed places in this genre. Particularly for busy professionals like me, who have stressful work schedules, family commitments to juggle, carefully managed budgets and holidays. With limited time and resources at hand, Cosmic Rhythm’s transformation programme provided me a good bang for the buck. I searched their contact details on their websiteand gave them a quick call. They were extremely helpful in getting me booked on to one of their retreats and assist me in planning my travel to the venue. The resort is located in a peaceful setting, with reasonably good transport links- road, rail and air. Ideal for de-stressing and switching the attention to yourself every once in a while. To paraphrase the definition from the Michelin guide- “an exceptional place that is worth a special journey.”
