About Cosmic Rhythm: Reiki & Stress management in Center in India

I and my husband Mr.Kiran Rokade have been associated with Akhilesh sir since from past 5 yrs. We have attended most of his workshops. They are unique in their own ways. Emphasis is given on self learning and to be more independent and live happy and healthy life. It's a journey from inner to outer and outer to inner world. I just love this place and its energy because divinity is there. Our reiki master Mr. Akhilesh Joshi has his own unique style of teaching his students. We will be always thankful to god and our friend who introduced us to Cosmic Rhythm. For me Love is always ' Prayer and care '. I have experienced it thoroughly here.

It was completely life changing experience for me . All the facility and atmosphere was awesome specially in this time i feel safe and relaxed. Every small small things was taken care. I feel blessed for having sir in my life and so many beautiful experiences in my life.

Found an answer to age-old question"Who AM I". Discovered Permanent, Unchangeable Truth with guidance of Akhilesh Sir. Profound Peace, Silence, Gratitude, Love, Infinite Energy and much more.. words cannot express the experience. It Just IS'. Sum up my experience in below poem: Life is but Experiences Perceived through Mind, it's occurrances The poor guy has gone through sin, agony and pain Not once but again and again The memories ingrained of sorrow and rain It refuses to trust the existence of Sunshine again So much that it feels victimised To change the pattern, it needs to be customised To erase the habit-pattern of pain The Mind has to learn to make memories again Now the focus has to be sky not clouds It needs to change to Stillness from doubts Because what you See is what you Get You cannot remain dry by perceiving Wet THAT (Almighty) can be experienced through Body and Mind But not until you start to perceive Devine Mind has to evolve from Contraction (sadness, fear, anger..) to Expanse (Devinity, Grace, Blessings, Gratitude, Joy, Love, Peace) To experience THAT, experience Enhance In the end, it's all Mind Game Then why not involve where you Win, not shame In your Heart (expanse) when your Attention ( Mind) sits That is when Stillness Speaks! That is when Stillness Speaks! In complete Awe and Gratitude towards everything known, unknown, seen, unseen. And most of all towards Akhilesh Sir. Thank you all, Thank you!!

The Workshop - I have participated in Deep Memory Healing workshop in different ages of my life (2007, 2017, 2020). Each time it has been a wonderful experience. The best part is, there is no preaching but a lot of activities that work on my inner self. I have noticed, some how this workshops lifts up my wise self and provide me words of wisdom from within. It enables me to look at my life with a clear perspective. The Facilitator- Akhilesh sir is an extraordinary person. He knows what he is doing. He lets everyone to be at ease and comfort. This ease allowed me to not worry about anything and anyone. I could actually focus on my own progress during theworkshop. Since he is well trained and experienced in this work I can totally rely on him while I feel overwhelmed or stuck during the process. I have learnt a lot from him. It is because of him that I understand and practice mindfulness so well. The place- The resort is serene and peaceful. It is surrounded by mountains on one side and farms on the other. The resort has a lot of green area. They grow their own veggies and fruits. The sunrise is beautiful if you witness it from the roof of the residential block. They have separate hall for the workshop. It is quite big and airy, fully carpeted, white sheets and cushions in the sitting area, big windows to welcome sunlight and air. It has central AC too. You don't have worry about bringing and keeping your water bottle all the time with you. The time you enter the workshop area you will not that at one side you have a bottle and glass having your name on it and you can always refill as per your need. I really like that idea. The food- Oh my God! Amazing food. From salads, butter rotis, tasty curries, daal, rice to desserts they provide it all. There is always different things on the menu and each thing tastes delicious! A variety of teas and coffee, fruits and detox water is also provided. Oh yes, they have a separate dinning and kitchen area. The participants- Every time I have participated i have seen different people there but one thing was common- nobody judges you, nobody is bothered what are doing yet they all are welcoming and easy going that I feel that I am at nice place. Everyone comes with an intention to work on their blockages/progress. Everyone (different age, gender, religion, culture, language) enjoys there. The team- Akhilesh sir have a really dedicated and welcoming team. They are quite quick and responsive at their work but you will hardly know because they do the work with ease and joy. You can tell them or ask them anything and they would try to do the best that can be done . I really like being there. The import thing is everytime go there i move forward. This has brought a lot of good change in my work and profession, relationships and on emotional level. Gratitude 🙏
